I remember when a friend of mine told methat Tyler from her church was starting this business. So I decided to leave the big company and support smaller privately owned. Never looked back. They are great! Always reliable, communication is superb and informative. There is never any question about any changes in the schedule due to holidays but honestly there are very few changes even with holidays. Also very easy to reach if you have a glitch on your end. I live in Stonewood Manor and I just wanted to say THANK YOU to the man that was working by himself and got out of his truck to pull my trash cans and recycling bin to the curb because I completely forgot. I’m a full time single Mom and full time employee and I appreciated this SO MUCH. I wish I knew his name to thank him personally. You know who you are though and I’m so grateful for you.

We just had an above and beyond customer service experience with the crew that picks up our garbage. I normally have reminders on my phone for both trash and recycle the night before pick up, but forgot to adjust this week. This morning, I heard someone take our garbage can up to the street and thought it was my wife. I walked into her office and she thought I did it. Ends up one of your guys came down the driveway and grabbed it.We have been very pleased with Oakley since we switched a few years back. Highly recommend them if you are looking for a new trash and recycle company.
