Not only do they do a great job picking up our trash, they're really downright nice people!! Every time I have had to call (because we sometimes forget to bring our bins out in time), they are friendly and super considerate and helpful. They've come back just for us. We have 2 cans and a recycling can.  One time we forgot to take the cans down and the guys picked them up from in front of the garage.  They run like clockwork and leave the pickup area neat.  I also noticed that they do community road cleanups in our area. The only thing I would request to change is for recycling to be weekly. They’re honest, upfront, and communicate incredibly well with reminders, updates, and check-ins. You can genuinely tell they care about their customers. Before we left for vacation, I left our trash cans halfway down the driveway so they wouldn’t be sitting at the road for nearly a week. Without being asked, they brought them all the way back up to the house after pickup. Most companies would have simply emptied them and moved on, but that extra bit of care speaks volumes. After dealing with other companies that lacked communication, and another that let someone else cancel my account and then wanting to charge me to reopen it. Working with Oakley has been a breath of fresh air. They may cost a couple of dollars more, but the service and peace of mind are worth every penny. I dont hesitate to recommend them.
